The Hill Condominiums in Boerum Hill, New York

Real estate markets can be unpredictable. Contact a Campion and Company Market Expert to discuss your property’s value and find out if now is the right time to sell.

The gleaming brass-tiled 10-unit condo that’s currently being constructed on Pacific Street in Boerum Hill looks like it was dipped in gold. Each faceted tile—which is the work of local design firm ODA New York—looks to be made out of solid brass, and it’s an intriguing take on a recent interior design trend that has been popping up in 19th-century Brooklyn brownstones: dimensional tile.

The project, which is being developed by Adam America Real Estate, was designed by ODA New York and has been dubbed Five Six One Pacific. It is set to be open for sales in 2020.

Apartments will range from studios to three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $550,000 for a 400-square-foot unit. Halstead’s Aguayo Team is handling sales.

The Hill Condominiums was converted from a 1920s school house and has loft style condos with 12’ ceilings and lots of lights. It includes a fully equipped gym, regulation sized squash and racquetball courts, locker room, playground and quiet courtyard with beautifully landscaped grounds. The Hill is pet friendly, and there are elevators in each building. Each of the 172 units have a private balcony and a choice of Westchester County or city views. All buildings are located in the heart of the historic downtown area and are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, museums and more. the hill condo
